🔮 GTM workflows of the future

GTM workflows of the future

Don't let all the Make automations you're seeing online fool you...

We're still the real "agents" right now. AI agents aren't taking over GTM teams just yet — they're mostly performing individual tasks, copiloted by a marketer.

According to ForgeX’s new AI+ABM report, here's what B2B marketers are currently using AI for:

  • 68% for copywriting
  • 47% for research
  • 46% for predictive analytics

But only ~20-30% are using it for more strategic stuff like campaign orchestration or deciding the next-best-action.

Homework you probably shouldn't skip: Only 19% of teams have an actual AI roadmap and 38% plan to create one.

⛏️ Where the real value is in the AI gold rush

"Sell pickaxes during a gold rush."

We're living in the AI gold rush, but most will "go broke" chasing tools and hype.

These are my 3 fav takeaways from Jesse Cunningham's guide to surviving the AI gold rush:

  • Master a core skill (not just tools). With no-code and AI, learning how to build is easy. Knowing what to build and for whom is the actual skill.
  • Your data + audience are your differentiation. True leverage comes from owning your distribution (email list, social following, community, etc.) and data (industry insights, experiences, etc.).
  • Play the long game. AI helps you move fast, but don't forget your business fundamentals... or you'll vibe code your way to nowhere.

Think about it: Yes... AI is commoditizing knowledge, but it doesn't replace trust, relationships, and experience-based insights. So why should people listen to you?

✍️ How we 3X’d traffic and 7X’d signups (without writing a single new post)

How we 3X’d traffic and 7X’d signups—without writing a single new post

New content can take 6-9 months to rank.

Revamping old content can take just a few days or weeks.

It's the fastest way to get an ROI from SEO.

We revamped 9 of our client's top blog posts and quickly increased:

  • Visits from 4,464 to 11,964
  • Signups from 12 to 83

This is why our 19-step blog revamp SOP is so successful (which you can grab here):

1) We prioritize revamping blog posts that either 1) were proven to convert in the past or 2) are directly related to the product we want to promote.

2) We thoroughly reanalyze the SERP we want to rank on and list every reason the competitors' content is better. Then, we execute on making the content truly better (from a UX and value standpoint).

3) We make sure our client's product is plugged (with visuals) wherever it's relevant in the content.

Pro tip: Eventually, you'll cover most of the topics you need to generate a bunch of customers from search. This is when you should prioritize revamping old content over publishing new content.

♻️ Re-evaluate old content every 6-9 months.
